Meanwhile, Cammy casually watches Chun Li do a lotta nothing...
Cammy:  "Tsui Tou Ken"  (follow-up sky fist)

BYUUN  (Chun Li punches at Cammy)

And Cammy watches her go by...
Cammy:  "What are you aiming at?  Stop this nonsense and get serious!"

Chun Li:  "Yaaa"  (Chun Li tries another kick)
Chun Li:  (Since I always fight on the street in front of this butcher store, I gotta wear this ad on the front of my skirt, and I don't wanna anyone to see...)

Remember Chun Li's SF2 stage... on the street in front of the store?  That's what this comic refers to.  Anyhow, the store made her advertise since she always fights there, and since she's embarrassed by the ad on her skirt, she's fighting so that nobody will be able to see it... (and that's why she's not even close to touching Cammy)
